How Can I Become a Member?
1. Fill out an application
In order to stay active in the organization, during the month of January, all members are required to update their information by filling out the form below.
***Please Note: Current members will not need to resubmit an application after January 1st if your status has remained the same. Old memberships or new applications that haven’t paid the membership fee will be dropped from our member roster. We will try to keep a list of emails current for non-members so they are aware of our meeting dates.
2. Payment of Membership Dues
*$25.00/per person/per year (12 meetings/events in total)
* Cap of $50.00 per business franchise, facility, company/per year if multiple representatives join
~ Members of CDS will have the opportunity to invite one guest - free of charge - during the calendar year.
~ Dues must be paid at the monthly meetings. ~ Cash or checks made payable to Cin-Day Seniors will be the available forms of payment. If necessary, checks or cash can be mailed to:Rittenhouse Senior Living ATTN: Paula Kohtz3000 McGee Ave. Middletown, OH 45044 ~ Receipts will be available
Non-Members Attending Meetings: ~ CDS Members may bring one free guest per year
~ Meetings are still open to the professional public. However, for non-members who wish to participate in meetings or Cin-Day events, there will be a per meeting/event charge of $10.00 per person.
